Howdy friends! In honor of our 100th year in operation (it's incredible!), the Bar Lazy J is going high-tech! Now not to worry--there's still none of that allowed here while you're on vacation, but while you're away and anxious to keep up with what's going on (or you just need your "ranch fix"), come check in on our ranch blog where you'll find hoards of photos, we'll follow our staff and you'll hear all the latest happenings first! Of course reading about it isn't nearly as good as the real thing, so we hope to see you out on the trail real soon, but until then, check out what's happening and leave your comments--we love to see that our friends have stopped by! Looking Back on 2012

What a year we had here at the ranch! Not only was it our 100th year anniversary, but there were tons of other memories along the way that made this year very special. We made improvements to the ranch, married off some of our staff, added a new zip line, celebrated the long life of our beloved King dog, made tons of new friends, welcomed some new horses, made it out of our drought, had the most beautiful Fall ever, were incredibly proud of our top notch staff, welcomed back the Yurich family, said goodbye to Ms. Dorothy’s store—but brought back the candy-store ride, had some (often funny) bear encounters, had our first kittens born on ranch, our guests found more antler sheds than ever before, watched Cheri make an amazing recovery, reminisced 100 years of memories born here, and laughed and laughed and laughed some more with friends old and new from around the world. We look forward to all that 2013 will bring and another summer of incredible fun doing what we love most—sharing this place with all of you. But let’s look back at 2012 once more!
