Howdy friends! In honor of our 100th year in operation (it's incredible!), the Bar Lazy J is going high-tech! Now not to worry--there's still none of that allowed here while you're on vacation, but while you're away and anxious to keep up with what's going on (or you just need your "ranch fix"), come check in on our ranch blog where you'll find hoards of photos, we'll follow our staff and you'll hear all the latest happenings first! Of course reading about it isn't nearly as good as the real thing, so we hope to see you out on the trail real soon, but until then, check out what's happening and leave your comments--we love to see that our friends have stopped by! Best of the West 2014

We had an INCREDIBLE 2014 and we owe most of it to all of YOU. Thank you for being a part of one of the best seasons this old ranch has seen in all its 103 years! As we went through the thousands of photos we have (oh yes—thousands), we were reminded individually of some of our favorite moments throughout the year. We couldn’t post them all, but here’s a blast back to just some of the fun we shared this past year. And thank you for being a part of our memories every bit as much as we’re a part of yours. We have much to be grateful for this past year and already we’ve got our eyes turned toward the upcoming 2015 season. If you haven’t joined us already, we hope you will come see what all the magic is about and if you’re already on the books with your cabin reserved—the count down has begun until we see you! In the meantime, enjoy this stroll down memory lane—2014 was one for the books with new petting farm animals, new activities, new horses, new staff, new structures, new landscaping and of course—many new guests! But what will never change is the way you feel while you’re here and your desire to return the very moment you leave…
